Another Sad Loss to the Jersey Shore

News broke today that the annual event of Shore Dreams For Kids will no longer be happening as the two key directors have chosen to resign and close it down.

I unfortunately can name about a half a dozen friends that have passed away in recent years that have volunteered for this event, and to learn this event will no longer happen, it feels like another loss all over again for the Jersey Shore.

Not that there is any blame for the closing down of the event, it is simply amazing that the group managed the event for as long as they have because it was no easy task and kudos to all that supported it.

For all that made it happen throughout the years, congratulations on the success of the event.

The event will be missed as our friends/volunteers that are no longer with us.

As the saying goes, "all good things come to an end". As well as "only the good die young".

Wonderful memories will be cherished forever.
