Who says you need a 50-foot offshore monster with thousands of horsepower to take on the Bimini Cup?

Legendary marine photographer, boatbuilder, and offshore racing veteran Tim Sharkey of Sharkey-Images is coming out of racing retirement to take on the challenge aboard his Bullet 130 SV, “Kill Shot,” making it the smallest boat in our fleet!

Built and restored by Tim himself, this little powerhouse is driven by a vintage Johnson SST 60 outboard, rebuilt and prepared by John Tiger, Boating magazine contributing editor.

While some competitors will be bringing 3,000 horsepower and massive offshore machines, Tim is bringing something just as impressive: decades of boating experience, determination, and a passion for the sport.

😎 He may have the smallest boat in the fleet, but Tim Sharkey is proving that courage doesn’t come in horsepower! 🏁
