Friday May 19th kicked off the street side of the event with the Dry Pit Area open to the public and with the boats making their way downtown in front of the local businesses there.

Mayor Stephen Ried was on hand for photo ops with the teams and welcoming everyone back to the town of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ for the 2nd year consecutively in a town the ran this event for over 40 years.

The repeating theme could be heard, "It's great to be back !!! "
