A tremendous turnout of people to witness the Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the Olivia Rose Engel "Sandy Ground Project" in Manasquan, New Jersey

Olivia was one of the 26 people who lost her life at the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy. A park has been built in her honor on the beach of Manasquan.
