NJTV will be airing the series "Tales of the Jersey Shore" segment "Storm Clouds-Historic Storms of the Jersey Shore" .
Quote from producer Emil Salvini, " Tales of the Jersey Shore that will debut Tuesday 2/12 at 10:30 PM on NJTV is not just a show about damage. There have been many of those already filmed. While we have to recognize the reality of Sandy we will focus on interviews, new FEMA maps that all NJ residents should be aware of, and primarily messages of hope to tell the real story. Having said that I don't think I have ever seen the severity of destruction I witnessed yesterday at Mantoloking. The Chief said to me that a seasoned NJ State Trooper told him after visiting all of the NJ communities that Sandy damaged, Mantoloking was the worse hit and that is saying quite a bit. I have never been in a town destroyed by a tornado-except on television- but this is what I believe it looks like. Don't miss this important and educational view of Sandy and other storms that have reshaped our beloved shore."
Be sure to watch this episode as it will be quite informative.
