Nor'easter delivers a powerful punch to NJ once again.  Dropping up to 4 inches of rain on the day before another Full Moon .

It has been reported that the barrier island in the town of Mantoloking was breeched in 7 locations .

Meanwhile further inland water was flooding everywhere from the heavy rains and most waterfront properties had been under water once again as high tide came in during late morning on Thursday.
